RETURN AND EXCHANGE

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

 

  •  We accept returns, but the item must be "Not Opened Condition".
  •  All returns must be sent within 14 days of receipt of your package.
  •  Once we receive the returned item, we will contact buyers to arrange refund of merchant value.
  •  Please note that postage is NOT refundable.
  •  If you have received the wrong item, please let us know. To resolve the problem, we will exchange it to the proper item. (In this case, we pay the cost of shipping.)

To ensure speedy service, please have the following information ready when you call or email our Customer Service Department:

  1. Your order number
  2. Product name
  3. Reason for requesting a return and exchange

 

Faulty and Damaged Items

If you have received a faulty or damaged product, it would greatly assist us if you could please contact us via the support section of the Website within 15 days. We will assess the fault and provide a refund where appropriate and, if applicable, arrange return of the faulty item.

 

Return Termand Conditions:

1. Clickelegant reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within a reasonable time frame. 

2. Clickelegant reserves the right to refuse returns that opened or used.

3. All returns must be sent back to our Australia address. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

4. All return items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.

5. Clickelegant is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return item with tracking services.
